Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications, and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including counseling and education on medication use and health-related topics
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical developments and best practices in pharmacy care
  • Collaborate with pharmacy team members to ensure seamless delivery of patient services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in community pharmacy or patient care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
