Job Overview
Cook Children's Healthcare is a leading provider of pediatric healthcare services, seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to join our team. This exciting role involves delivering ABA therapy to children with autism, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting behavioral growth. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to our Autism Services program, participating in data-driven interventions, training sessions, and collaborative efforts. We offer a highly competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and relevant experience working with children. Prior experience working with autistic or at-risk children is beneficial. To succeed in this role, you must be committed to ongoing education and training, becoming certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days. Additionally, you will need to obtain CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Heartsaver CPR, and SCM training within the first 60 days. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
