Position Overview:
- Direct the daily functions of the project, ensuring effective management of financial resources, quality assurance, timelines, and stakeholder involvement.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with internal teams and external partners to drive project outcomes.
- Formulate and execute project strategies, track progress against milestones, and swiftly address challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to resolve issues, communicate effectively, and ensure successful project execution throughout its duration.
- Uphold compliance with applicable policies and procedures while fostering robust client relationships.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions, mitigate potential risks, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, manage changes adeptly, and oversee the implementation of training initiatives.
- Employ project management tools to monitor project status, update timelines, and present relevant data to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading high-stakes projects in a multifaceted environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior management
  • Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
  • Preferred certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
