Job Summary

CRH is seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team in Somerset, KY. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment issues to identify defects and wear
  • Dismantle and repair equipment to remove defective parts
  • Adjust and calibrate functional parts and control instruments
  • Perform scheduled oil sampling and lubrication
  • Service and grease equipment according to preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field (e.g. automotive, heavy equipment maintenance)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
