Salon Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing a team of stylists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
