Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Distribution Specialist at Olympus. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack goods to ensure that they correspond with the pick-ticket received and that the order is in accordance with customer guidelines.
  • Manually load/unload deliveries of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Store goods in appropriate sections of the warehouse as directed.
  • Accurately process various transactions utilizing warehouse management systems as necessary.
  • Monitor product quality and report any problems to the Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and maintain an accurate log of activity.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene rules.
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Math Skills.
  • Related work experience in warehousing and distribution preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs.
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs.
