Pharmacy Director

• Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
• Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pharmacy services with business objectives and improve patient satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure our pharmacy services remain cutting-edge.

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

• A competitive salary range of $65.00 - $81.00 per hour.
