Rental Coordinator Job Description

The Rental Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining accurate rental and leasing customer information. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate rental unit files, ensuring daily updates.
  • Process reservations, paperwork, and physical damage inspections for rental trucks.
  • Manage rental customer lists, including credit files and insurance certificates.
  • Prepare and print proposals for the Sales department.
  • Obtain end-of-month mileage readings and maintain lease customer mileage reports.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of clerical/admin experience or related experience and/or training.
