Barback Position

Job Summary:

The Barback Position is an essential role within our team at Titan Hospitality Group. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our bar staff in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock glassware, fruit garnishes, bar mixes, cleaning supplies, napkins, and straws in a timely manner to ensure our bar areas are always fully stocked.
• Maintain ice bins at all times to prevent melting and maintain the quality of our beverages.
• Clean and put away glassware throughout the shift to prevent breakage and maintain a clean workspace.
• Accurately maintain all bottled beer, kegs, liquor, and wine pars during and after shift to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Break down the bar area during close to ensure a clean and organized workspace for the next shift.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all bar areas and bar storage to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Assist in bar rotations and bar inventories to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Perform all assigned side work and cleaning duties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and healthy working environment.
• Dispose of all trash behind the bar during and after shift to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Position Qualifications:

• This position will spend 100% of the time standing, with regular opportunities to rest and stretch.
• Must adhere to restaurant uniform policy at all times.
• Able to report to work as scheduled and maintain regular attendance.
• Subject to noisy and distracting conditions, with opportunities to take breaks and rest.
• Occasional environmental exposures to heat and cold, with access to cooling and heating equipment.
• Must be able to transport up to 80 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.
