Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technician to join our team at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the EPS Lab and patient for procedures, gathering and compiling information during the procedure, and assisting the nurse and physician as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the EPS Lab and patient for procedures
  • Gather and compile information during the procedure
  • Assist the nurse and physician as needed
  • Monitor and oversee proper use of radiation
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in Radiology or Procedural area
  • Preferred: 1-3 year prior EPS or Cath Lab experience, EKG interpretation, and scrub experience
  • Graduation from an accredited 2-year Radiological or Cardiovascular Program or RCIS or RCES
  • Preferred: Bachelor degree
  • Valid N.J. Radiology Technologist License ARRT, if applicable
  • Preferred: ARRT (CV), CVT, or RCIS
Preferred Skills
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Work Environment

80 hours per pay period
