Job Title: Extrusion Operator

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our team at Double H Plastics. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extrusion lines to produce high-quality plastic cores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain extrusion lines to produce plastic cores to customer specifications
  • Perform routine quality checks on products and record data for quality control
  • Use calibrators and vacuum sizing equipment to ensure accurate product dimensions
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs and repair broken components as needed
  • Inspect saw operator's parts for quality standard adherence and enter data into Beta LaserMike
  • Assist with new product development and tooling
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in profile or tube extrusion, specifically with the use of calibrators and vacuum sizing
  • High School or Technical School Diploma
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs and work in a hot environment
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday with varying shifts available.
