Job Title: School Groundskeeper

Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year

About the Role:

This is a full-time groundskeeping position responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of school grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for mowing grass, trimming trees, and removing debris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the appearance of school grounds, including lawns, gardens, and walkways.
  • Operate various equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and chain saws.
  • Remove debris, such as leaves and branches.
  • Assist with special events and projects, such as sports tournaments and festivals.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of experience in groundskeeping. A certification in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm.
  • On-call duties may be required.
