CDL A Truck Driver with competitive earnings ranging from $1600 to $2000 weekly.

Job Summary:
As a dedicated Company Solo Truck Driver, you will be essential in our commitment to safely and efficiently transport goods, specifically Reefer freight. You will operate high-quality Freightliner trucks, experiencing a variety of routes, attractive compensation, and avenues for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attractive pay structure: $0.60 to $0.70 per mile, contingent on experience
  • Per diem compensation
  • Average Weekly Earnings: $1600 to $2000
  • Flexible home time options: 12-14 days on the road, with some regions offering weekly home time
  • Primary operational areas: Covering all 48 states, excluding NYC
  • Average Weekly Mileage: ;
  • Typical Length of Haul: 650 miles
  • Layover Compensation: $250 per day (after the first 24 hours)
  • Stop Compensation: $50 for any stops beyond the first
  • Drivers may take the truck home during home time
  • Policies available for riders and pets
  • 24/7 dispatch support
  • Paid orientation at $100 per day for 2 days with lodging and meals included
  • Insurance benefits commence after 30 days

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 23 years
  • At least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years
  • No preventable rear-end collisions or rollovers in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years
  • No reckless driving or speeding violations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 3 years
  • No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
  • No safety-related issues at the most recent position
  • No vehicle-related felonies in the last 10 years
  • No DUIs in the last 10 years
  • Must possess Hazmat & Tanker endorsements for bulk tank loads in a reefer trailer.
