We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Builders Warehouse. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating computerized equipment to fabricate high-quality stone countertops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with production supervisors to receive work orders and determine production timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review work orders for completion and accuracy prior to start of fabrication; address any issues with the production supervisor or assistant division manager.
  • Fabricate countertops daily using precise measurements, polished edges, cutouts, and other specifications as required by customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior carpentry experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000, depending on experience.
  • Benefits include vacation leave, sick leave, six holidays, employee discount, 401k retirement plan, profit sharing plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, life), medical and dependent flex accounts, HSA account, and a background check and pre-employment drug test.
