Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans.
Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies
Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
Implement and monitor patient care plans and equipment
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition
Perform advanced respiratory care modalities
Evaluate respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcome
Requirements:
BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
Respiratory Care Practitioner certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation within 4 months of hire date
Advanced Life Support certification preferred
Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or Respiratory Therapist specializing in Critical Care preferred
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
