Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at UPMC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing professional nursing care to office patients, including assessing their general condition, taking vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
- Administering medications safely and effectively, including oral, SQ, IM, and IV drip.
- Assisting physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments, as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a current LPN license, CPR certification, and relevant clinical experience. We also require Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting clearance, Act 33 and 34 clearances, and FBI clearance with renewal. Additionally, you should be proficient in using electronic medical records and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
