Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, fax, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Process requests for medical services while adhering to confidentiality protocols and organizational policies.
  • Document and address escalated client concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Collect and input patient information into the designated medical service software, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise.

  • Notify clients of any issues related to service delivery or supply requests promptly.
  • Develop problem-solving skills to research and resolve client issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
