Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, fax, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Process requests for medical services while adhering to confidentiality protocols and organizational policies.

- Collect and input patient information into the designated medical service software, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
