We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Management Analyst II to join our team at American Fidelity. As a key member of our Product Management Division, you will play a critical role in building, coordinating, maintaining, and reviewing artificial intelligence, process automation, and business intelligence efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and validate large amounts of data through advanced knowledge of operational systems and data sources at the enterprise level.
  • Provide enterprise-wide guidance and expertise on operational systems and data sources requiring configuration, development, improvement, or enhancement.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to understand current processes/procedures, identify technological improvements, and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, process automation tools, data visualization tools, database languages, and statistical programming languages.
  • Expert in artificial intelligence models, natural language processing, machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, negotiation/presentation skills, and knowledge of Data Science.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, query databases and datasets, and perform statistical analysis on enterprise-level database systems.
