Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Illinois or Indiana.
