Job Summary:

As an ESP Technician at BSC Administration LLC, you will be responsible for performing ESP testing, routine checks, and equipment troubleshooting under general supervision. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills to operate computerized test equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product meets SOP standards.
  • Safely operate automated high pressure/high voltage testing equipment.
  • Assist with loading/unloading ESP equipment on to racks and transportation vehicles.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, tools, and fixtures to prevent hazards to personnel or damage to parts.
  • Contribute to building and/or reconstructing various ESP components.
  • Train and coach new hires in basic principles.

Requirements:

  • Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company's TRIR goals.
  • Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goals.
  • Complete and actively participate in all of the company's EHS training requirements.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at the area.
  • Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate hand tools and mechanical tools.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace.
  • Must be able to tolerate changing priorities and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
