Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or data analytics, or equivalent experience in finance or consulting.
- Preferred: Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or data analysis with relevant experience.

Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in finance decision support and ERP systems.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience in developing key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with financial analysis, forecasting, and performance modeling.
