We are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional service to our guests at Santa Fe Cattle Company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a positive dining experience
- Take orders and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and washing dishes and utensils
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
