Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as an Adjunct Instructor in Clinical Psychology at the Florida School of Professional Psychology (FSPP) at National Louis University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of courses in clinical psychology, including clinical interviewing, interventions, psychopathology, and projective personality assessment.

About the Role

The Adjunct Instructor will be expected to deliver instruction in blended and online environments, maintain current knowledge in the field, and communicate effectively with students and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and learning, a commitment to excellence in education, and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities
  • Teach a range of courses in clinical psychology, including clinical interviewing, interventions, psychopathology, and projective personality assessment.
  • Deliver instruction in blended and online environments.
  • Maintain current knowledge in the field of clinical psychology.
  • Communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with faculty to report student progress and obstacles.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program or equivalent, and a minimum of two years of professional experience directly related to the teaching assignment. Teaching experience and/or specialized clinical and/or psychological assessments training are preferred. A licensed psychologist or license eligible is also required.
