Job Title: Radiology Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Long Island City, NY.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in radiology. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with medical imaging procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare team members
  • Prepare patients for medical imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Operate medical imaging equipment and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical imaging software
