Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic setting, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including neuro, vestibular, concussion, and hand therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in facility meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years orthopedic experience.
  • CPR certification.
