Primary Care Physician

Pacific Companies is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in an outpatient setting near Stockton, CA.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering 4 days per week as an option. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, providing excellent patient care and management in a solo PCP office setting.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be board certified or eligible with a California medical license, and possess a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Manage patient volume of up to 15 patients per day
- Collaborate with specialists within the shared space to ensure seamless care coordination
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
- California medical license and DEA registration
- Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional compensation for call duties. Pacific Companies also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
