Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lash Artisan to join our team. As a Lash Artisan, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, selling lash extension memberships, products, and services, and helping to grow our studio's client base.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Client Experience: Sell lash extension memberships, products, and services to clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Studio Operations: Help maintain a clean and well-stocked studio environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for clients.
  • Marketing and Growth: Assist in growing our studio's client base through social media, personal branding, and other marketing efforts.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as required to support the success of our studio.
Requirements
  • Licensure: NJ licensed esthetician or cosmetologist.
  • Availability: Full-time, available for all shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Passion for Learning: Passion for learning new techniques and staying updated on the latest industry trends.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $70,000 per year, as well as benefits such as paid training, commissions on sales, bonus opportunities, and a family-friendly environment.
