Position Overview:
As a Cardiac Monitoring Specialist, you will be tasked with overseeing the oscilloscope that displays EKG signals. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately record EKG tracings while efficiently operating the computer and keyboard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in prolonged observation within a controlled environment of cardiac monitors.
• Ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with hospital and Patient Services Policies and Procedures, as well as professional care standards.
• Document, record, and report rhythm strips meticulously.
• Operate telemetry equipment with precision and maintain its proper functionality.
• Keep an up-to-date telemetry log book.
• Manage incoming calls and direct messages to the relevant personnel.
• Provide additional support to the department as needed.

Qualifications:
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience as a monitor technician is preferred.
