As a Registered Nurse in Oncology, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct nursing care following established protocols and procedures.
  • Assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care needs.
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Providing culturally competent care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Mentoring and orienting new nursing staff.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment as required.

Qualifications:

  • Current BLS certification within 30 days; PALS certification within 90 days.
  • Preferred: Oncology certification and experience with chemotherapy.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting and moving patients or equipment.
