Insurance Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Beth Santillan - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Must be able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written, Verbal, and Auditory.
- Self-Motivated.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Experience in various computer applications, particularly Windows.
- 401K (after 1 year).
