Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, educate patients, and perform various nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school or college of nursing, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice.
  • Minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility, or completion of a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the life span.
