Job Overview:
The selected candidate will serve guests at the Centennial Grounds Coffee and Gift Shop. Responsibilities include promoting beverages, pastries, and various offerings, accurately handling transactions, and delivering outstanding service to all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attending to guests in the coffee and gift shop.
- Responding to inquiries regarding menu selections.
- Preparing gourmet coffee and specialty drinks.
- Engaging in upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Accurately processing payments and maintaining a balanced cash register.

Qualifications:
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, for both morning and evening shifts.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Ability to bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift at least 30 pounds.
- Must hold TIPS certification and Food Handler certification.
