Brief Overview:
The

Property Restoration Specialist

acts as a first responder in property damage scenarios, assisting in damage mitigation for both residential and commercial properties.

Specialists are tasked with water damage control, structural boarding and security, on-site cleaning, microbial remediation, content management, and storage.


Key Responsibilities:
Water extraction and damage mitigation

Fire and smoke damage restoration

Microbial remediation

Cleanup for vandalism, crime scenes, and biohazards

Demolition tasks

(Demo Day)

Field management and oversight of temporary labor staff

Deliver exceptional customer service

with empathy

All other duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Successfully complete a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report check

Pass a pre-employment drug screening

Ability to be on-call 24/7

Preferred: 1 year of experience in the restoration industry or maintenance

COMPENSATION:


BluSky offers a competitive base pay ranging from $15 to $25 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: a matching 401(k) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and equipment appropriate for the position (i.e., laptop, smartphone, etc.), as well as a corporate apparel allowance.
