**Job Summary**

As a Police Officer with the State of Louisiana, you will play a vital role in maintaining public safety and protecting lives and property. Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting active foot patrols and mobile patrols to enforce laws and investigate crimes
* Providing first aid and emergency services to those in need
* Investigating accidents and enforcing parking and traffic regulations
