Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Physician Assistant in pediatrics, with a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for mentoring and guiding others. As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of physical therapists and assistants, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to physical therapists and assistants
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient eligibility for services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Mentor and train new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards
Requirements
  • Masters Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required)
  • Texas Physical Therapy License (Required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working in pediatric physical therapy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
