Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operation. The CFO will be responsible for accurately reporting financial results using appropriate methods and controls. This includes preparing monthly financial statements and job costing reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a finance team and working with all departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including Payroll, AR and AP.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly Borrowing Bank Certificate.
• Manage bank relationship and compliance with loan covenants.
• Manage Health insurance coverage and Property & Casualty insurance.
• Manage 401K operation and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local tax rules.
• Manage IT system in coordination with outside IT consultants.
• Manage property and equipment Leases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and GAAP standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
