About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual On-Site Staffing Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting our talent at client locations, ensuring smooth communication and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent, addressing performance and attendance inquiries, and facilitating communication between staff and corporate teams.
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding, including client orientations, background checks, and reference verification.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to resolve issues related to workers' compensation and finance.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on resolving issues and building rapport.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining organization.
  • A team player who can connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in conversational English and Spanish.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
