Job Responsibilities

As a Landscaping and Hardscaping Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and maintaining landscaping features such as plants, mulch, and hardscapes
  • Constructing paver patios, outdoor living spaces, segmental retaining walls, ponds, and water features
  • Performing regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Communicating effectively with clients, crew members, and superiors to ensure successful project completion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license
  • A good eye for detail and ability to perform quality work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Physical stamina to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
