The Clinical Dietitian role at Dartmouth Health involves providing medical nutritional therapy to patients at Cheshire Medical Center and out-patient counseling at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic.
As a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, this position implements nutrition care plans and reviews modified diets prescribed by medical staff for patients with therapeutic diet needs.
Key responsibilities include interviewing patients, evaluating diet histories, and recommending improved or alternate dietary regimes.
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in food and nutrition, 1-2 years of experience in Clinical Dietetics, and registration or eligibility with the ADA.
