Refurbishment Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Refurbishment Lead to join our team at Friendship Village of South Hills. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the refurbishment process, coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including supervisors and department heads.
  • Assist with new resident move-ins, ensuring refurbishment projects are completed and rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Two to three years' experience in facilities management, renovation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
