Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our team at Select Medical. As a key member of our hand therapy program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.

Responsibilities

* Evaluate and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with hand and upper extremity disorders
* Provide individualized treatment programs, including custom splinting and evidence-based practice
* Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations
* Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence-Based Practice

Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
* Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
* National registration and state licensure or registration required
* Previous experience in custom splinting and post-op orthopedic care
