We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nova Lines. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our company trucks, flatbed trailers, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance of company trucks, flatbed trailers, and equipment, including repair of tarps, truck cleaning and detailing, and shop and yard cleaning and organizing.
• Run errands and perform tasks as needed to support the crew.
• Provide support to other technicians and crew members as required.
• Label trucks and trailers with Nova Lines logo decals and other necessary stickers.
• Install head racks, deer guards, inverters, and other equipment as needed.
• Load tarps onto trailers and equip them with necessary securement.
• Perform parts pick-ups and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must have general mechanical experience and a solid understanding of equipment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Safety-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift more than 70 pounds with assistance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
