Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Hawai'i. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of courses in marketing, including Introduction to Business, Written Communication in Business, and Principles of Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Teach one or more courses within the marketing department, including BUS 200, BUS 209, BUS 312, MKT 352, MKT 362, and MKT 391.
  • Conduct all scheduled classes, meet course requirements, prepare course syllabi, grade assignments, and maintain weekly office hours.
Qualifications
  • Masters in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven ability to teach at the college/university level.
  • Desirable qualifications include a PhD degree in Marketing or a related field, private or nonprofit sector work experience in marketing, teaching experience in English writing and/or general business, and evidence of teaching ability in one or more of the areas listed under teaching duties and responsibilities.
