Barista and Cashier Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Barista/Cashier at Bella Bean Coffee Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, food, and pastry items.

• Store Preparation: Prepare the shop for the day's trading by stocking up the counter, arranging tables, and checking food expiration dates. At closing, handle cleaning responsibilities and ensure proper storage of food and drinks.
• Greeting Customers: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the coffee shop, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Menu and Information: Offer drink menus to customers and patiently answer any questions related to ingredients, flavors, or brewing methods.
• Taking Orders: Pay close attention to details when taking orders, noting preferences such as coffee blends, dairy choices, and sugar ratios.
• Beverage Preparation: Follow specific recipes to prepare a variety of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Food Preparation: Wash, cut, slice, chop, and grate ingredients according to established guidelines, ensuring all components are ready for sandwich assembly.
• Serving Beverages and Food: Serve prepared drinks and may also handle pastries, cookies, and muffins, aiming to provide a delightful experience.
• Payment Handling: Process payments, whether in cash or via credit cards, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Cleanliness: Keep your work area tidy, sanitize equipment, and ensure clean mugs and plates are readily available.
