Job Summary

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $55,000 and $75,000, depending on performance and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, top performers may earn bonuses and other incentives based on individual and team goals.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by Bloomingdale's.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
