Responsibilities:
- Owning the Owner Experience: You will advocate for owners, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues promptly.
- Building Strong Relationships: Develop tailored support strategies to cater to unique owner needs, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Problem Solving and Retention: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve owner concerns efficiently, driving satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Bridge communication between owners and internal departments, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Financial and Contractual Management: Understand owner contracts, financials, and programming, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Property Management: Conduct unit inspections to maintain property standards, manage expense projects, and ensure timely documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Transportation: Access to reliable personal transportation.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Residency: Current resident of Key West (local market) before the start date.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Professional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email etiquette, and phone conversations.
- Client Interaction: Proven track record of successful face-to-face client interactions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and adept at learning new digital tools.
