As a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Good Samaritan Society in Holstein, IA, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of our residents. Salary: $39.00-$48.00 per hour, with a $2,000 Sign on bonus

About the Role

The RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address each resident's unique needs.

  • Foster a culture of empathy and understanding among residents, family members, and colleagues
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license in the state where you will be practicing. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
