Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation journey of our patients, providing specialized care and treatment to help them recover from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals
  • Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in performance improvement and program development activities to enhance patient outcomes
  • Contribute to budgetary planning to ensure cost-effectiveness of services and programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Licensure in the state of Texas
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
