We're looking for a skilled and motivated Forklift Operator to join our production team at Baldwin Richardson Foods. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production functions.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Ability to apply basic computer and communication skills, math functions, and reasoning
  • Able to wear personal protective equipment and work in a physically demanding environment
Responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Operating forklift machinery to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory
  • Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols to ensure product quality and safety
  • Unloading raw materials from delivery trucks and properly receiving and delivering to the correct bay
  • Assisting with receiving and shipping operations, including loading and unloading railcars
