Overview:
Join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in managing daily clerical and administrative responsibilities within our Residential Supported Group Living Program. Your professionalism and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and callers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with a courteous and professional demeanor.
2. Provide clear verbal instructions to visitors as necessary.
3. Assist the SGL Director with various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications, particularly MS-Word and MS-Excel.
- A minimum of two years of relevant office experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
